This course reviews the theory underlying Cognitive Behavioural Therapies for professionals who have little to no experience with this therapy. Learn and practice common techniques utilized across diagnoses so that you can better support your clients, even though you may not be doing a full course of CBT treatment. Risks, ethics, establishing competency and resources for further training will also be discussed.
